Taher`s campaign provided 55 buses to transport Al-Ahly members

Cairo – 30 November 2017: Mahmoud Taher's campaign provided more than 55 large buses to transport members of Al-Ahly Club to attend the General Assembly in the main branch in Al-Gezira.

Al-Ahly`s members were driven from Al Ahly Club (Nasr City branch) to the club branch in Al-Gezirah to facilitate the voting of the members.

Taher's campaign also put buses in the service of members in the Al-Tahrir Parking at Tahrir square. To secure the area, the Security Forces shut down the streets and the club’s neighborhood.

Several candidates are running for presidency but the main competitors for the position are: Mahmoud Taher, the current president, and Mahmoud Khatib, the Egyptian football legend.

It is expected that the elections will only last for a day and the result will be announced by the judicial committee on Friday morning.
